Walking! March 2013

March 5, 2013 Kati is talking up a storm! She says MaMa, DaDe, Nanie(Granny), something that is Katie’s version of Allie, she makes the “S” sound,  Cookie, she will try and mimic anything you ask her to, and a whole string of jibber jabber as she describes her day to youJ

She’s starting to dance to any song that is playing! So stinking cute!

March 8 Katie took several steps independently today! Yikes! We have a child who is walking!

 Aunt Heather and Cousin Hunter came to visit and we went to the park in Athens:) Katie swang for a bit and Hunter played. We thought it would be cute to send them down the slide together...they started with katie sitting on Hunter's lap and this is how they ended up...maybe we wait a bit for the next one:)

Mar 10 Katie’s First Easter Egg Hunt!! Like all 1^st hunts I am sure, she really had no clue what the whole thing was about, we had to fend off older kids trying to steal the 4 eggs we managed to coral for Katie to find. She was very cute and because she had just learned to walk a few days previous, she looked like a new chick just finding her legs:). 

Granny is starting early to teach her how to sew:) Katie loves pushing the buttons.

Mar 28 We had Katie’s 1 year portraits made today! SO stinking cute! They turned out really good! We will be sending the cuteness out as soon as we can!
